Fellow of the Institution of Analysts and Programmers

Modus Solutions & Consultancy is run by John Dear. For over 20 years John was a director of a successful computer company which had customers across Southern England and the Republic of Ireland, providing a wide range of customised and off-the-shelf software as well as specialist support.

John is a Fellow of the Institution of Analysts and Programmers; and is also part of a team advising the Institution on professional standards. Away from computers, John is a trustee of a registered charity and involved in all the aspects involved in running the charity. He was one of the founding directors of Eastleigh Town Centre Partnership Ltd. The purpose of which was working closely with the borough council to promote the town centre and give a collective voice on behalf of local shops and businesses.
